Implementation and Production

We're not just happy to advise and consult, we like to follow through too. Our implementation and production services are also end-to-end - whether that's a learning architecture, developing your internal capability or simply making a high quality video.

We are also a dab hand at creating high quality, interactive experiences, courses and resources that drive performance. We believe learning should be motivational and engaging. We also believe that real learning should drive change and performance. So whether you want to create a learning experience that changes a mindset, a course to enable new skills or resources to support performance - we deliver.

Accounting

So far we've worked on:
- designing a flexible learning model for their professional accreditations
- creating frameworks and prototypes for flexible learning products
- crafting high quality video content for public sector accounting practice

Oil & Gas

So far we've worked on:
- aligning learning provision with consulting practice
- a process and system for better exploiting knowledge and expertise
- designing and implementing blended learning experiences for subsea engineering

Pharmaceutical

We worked on:
- designing and implementing task driven digital learning experiences for statistical design that incorporated engagement and flexibility aspects

Health & Safety

So far we've worked on:
- improving production processes and products
- designing and implementing new digital learning experiences
- developing internal capability to deliver high quality learning content including video

Publishing

So far we've worked on:
- supporting the launch of a digital campus for learning data science
- designing and implementing digital learning experiences
- building internal capability to design learning experiences and capitalise existing assets in the organisation

Higher Education

We worked on:
- building the business case for competency based online learning
- designing a next generation learning architecture
- complex procurement of delivery partners and technology platforms

Working with us

If you are interested in working with us then please do get in touch. While we are happy to work with your timescales to get started, we do want to spend the right amount of time getting to know your needs and those of your organisation so we can determine the best way to work together. This may involve a number of calls, meetings and proposal refinements.

This way you can be assured we are not looking flog you something that isn't going to deliver the outcomes and value that can make us both proud. There are currently two existing ways to work with us and two we are developing.

Referral

The vast majority of our new clients have come through referral from our existing clients. This and the option below are our preferred routes to working together. It gives you some assurance that we deliver, and us assurance that you are connected to an existing client we trust.

Intermediary

We offer pretty great pricing for the value we add and the results we deliver. However, there are times where we may want to work through an intermediary to provide financial or commercial assurance.

If together we decide this would be preferred there are two neutral intermediaries we can suggest (one for private and third sector, the other for public sector). We are also open to UK based intermediaries that you might suggest.

Direct*

We don't typically work with organisation's that haven't come to us through the above two routes. If you do want to work directly then we may need a little more time to get to know your organisation better and determine how we can add significant value through the relationship.

While a little strange to read, the fact is this is quite a new approach to us as our clients have all come through referral or an intermediary.

Public Procurement Frameworks*

We are looking at joining leading procurement frameworks later in 2019 in order to simplify access to our services for Higher Education customers.

Meet the team

Grow Learning has a talented core team to deliver our work. We are a fun, affable yet professional bunch. Additionally, we have a strategic partnership with another provider that gives us access to project management and development resource as needed, as well as our own network of trusted associates.

The business is generously assisted by two non executive directors who bring decades of collective experience in learning, strategy, operations and business change.

Nick is a passionate, highly experienced, learning professional with strong commercial acumen. He has worked in the public, private and third sectors. While specialising in digital, he's been lucky enough to work on literally everything in the learning cycle.

Ciall is our one of a kind developer. He helps us add some technical excellence to our client output, and happily throws himself at (and masters) new technologies. When he is not helping us, he spends his time creating 'mods' for popular video games.
